In order to achieve the goal, I used to holistic approach known as “UX Design Thinking Process” to solve the problem. As it is a non-linear process, I came back to previous stages from testing to ensure that the process makes the user experience better by incorporating the feedback. A little improvement in a step or process can bring a large impact for a product.

As part of the user research technique, I began this project by sending out a sample survey with 12 questions to general users among age 40 and older via social media platforms and personally met with some of senior citizens, to get brief answers about their opinions, preferences, attitudes and feelings.
