Our web application streamlines the medical appointment process, making it faster and easier for patients to book care. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, it reduces wait times and removes unnecessary steps with a clean, user-friendly interface. By focusing on intuitive design and smart scheduling tools, we aim to improve accessibility and boost patient satisfaction.
Patients often struggle to book medical appointments due to long wait times, limited scheduling options, and complex processes. Many existing systems are unintuitive, making the experience frustrating and time-consuming. These inefficiencies delay access to care and lower patient satisfaction. A streamlined, user-friendly solution is essential to improve accessibility and simplify the booking experience.
As part of the user research technique, I began this project by sending out a sample survey with 12 questions to general users among age 40 and older via social media platforms and personally met with some of senior citizens, to get brief answers about their opinions, preferences, attitudes and feelings.
